The first Unity Line regatta was held in 2001. At that time, two brothers from the city of Lodz - Marcin and Michal Imianowski - decided to establish a charter agency called SKAUT Sailing Club. The name was taken from the name of the yacht that started the charter fleet, the Carter 30 purchased from ZHP.

When the fleet grew to more than a dozen units, the brothers faced a major decision - to give up their full-time jobs and move to Szczecin, which over time they came to love as their own. The company grew, changed its name and organizational form. In the meantime, a third brother, Gregory, and other family members also joined.

The charter market became saturated over the years and another difficult decision had to be made - to change the profile of the business. As the "Scouts" spent many days and nights servicing their yachts, they decided to do it for other shipowners, gradually getting rid of their own vessels until they completely ceased their charter business in 2017.

Today, Scout, is a company of 14 sailing enthusiasts and animal lovers who are not afraid of even the most complicated yacht repairs, installations and conversions. Representative of many leading brands of yacht electronics and electrical engineering from around the world. An in-house SailStore and a skilled team of craftsmen round out the range of services.
