on the Baltic Sea, on routes near Dziwnow and Swinoujscie, the coast of Sweden and Denmark, organized by: HPReklama.com Hapanowicz in Szczecin, Szczecin Sailing Club in Szczecin on behalf of UNITY LINE Limited Sp. z o.o Branch in Poland.
2.1 The Organizer requires from all yachts that the provided starting numbers be displayed on the yacht during the event, i.e. from the moment of receiving them in Świnoujście until the moment of leaving the port of Dziwnów after the Regatta, in the following manner: yacht's starting number (flag) hung in a visible place. The Organizer does not require the removal of inscriptions and advertisements from other regatta events.
2.2 The flag shall be hung in the bow of the yacht along the headstay and during the duration of the stops, between races of the Regatta.
Participants, owners and their guests give the organizer the right and consent to photograph, film people and yachts during the event, to publish these materials in all media for publishing or advertising purposes.
In addition to the above classes, yachts may participate, which will be classified only in the classification for the Absolutely Fastest Yacht of the UNITY LINE Regatta and accompanying yachts not classified. Only yachts for which the ratio of the basic area of sailing (fore sail, mainsail, meringue) to the weight of the yacht reaches values greater than 33 m2 /1T may compete in this classification.
Minimum of yachts in a group - three. Groups are subject to change taking into account actual entries. The division into ORC A and ORC B groups will be carried out on the basis of the CDL coefficient. The limiting value of this coefficient will be given after the end of entries.
5.1 Class division will take place after the closing of the list of yachts applying on 15.08.2024.
5.2 A yacht may enter only one class
5.3 It is planned to hold 7 races for groups: KWR I ,II, OPEN I, II, III, IV, Single Sailors, Oldtimer, ORC A and ORC B.
5.4 It is planned to hold 1 long race of the Extreme route.
5.5 The regatta will be considered completed after one race has been played.
5.6 Race routes will be described in detail in the Sailing Instructions.
The Sailing Instructions will define the location of the Regatta Area for all groups and the Area for the Extreme group - to be announced at the skippers' briefing.

Closing of the XXII UNITY LINE Regatta
All day - farewell to sailors.
11.1 The organizer requires participants to hold current ORC International or ORC Club certificates in accordance with rule 78.1. and KWR certificates.
11.2 Measurement protests by yachts will be accepted within two hours after the final certificates are made available and the starting lists are posted.
11.3 Yachts shall be available for measurement inspection in Swinoujscie port on the day before the start of the Regatta in accordance with rule 78.3. Measurements and inspections to check compliance with class rules will be carried out at any time during the Regatta.
The organizer makes it mandatory to listen on UKF channel 77 during the races.
I, II, III place in each group - a statue and medal of the XXII UNITY LINE Regatta named after Piotr Waszchenko.
Award for the "Absolutely Fastest Yacht of the Regatta" - the UNITY LINE Blue Ribbon named after Peter Vashchenko.
Diplomas of the UNITY LINE Regatta named after Peter Vashchenko for yachts that took 1st, 2nd, 3rd places in groups.
Other prizes - in the announcements of the Organizer.
In-kind prizes donated by Regatta Partners - will be drawn from among all yachts that complete the regatta.
There will also be a Unity Line Regatta Fair Play Award, which will be decided by the Fair Play Award Chapter.
All participants take part in the Regatta at their own risk and rest[1]y. Neither the organizer, sponsors, nor any other party associated with the organization of the Peter Vashchenko UNITY LINE Regatta accepts any responsibility for loss, damage, loss of health or inconvenience to persons or property, whether on land or water, resulting from participation in the event. The shipowner or his representative agrees to these conditions by completing and signing the application form.
Each participating yacht must be equipped with the equipment required for the regatta according to the body of water where the Regatta will be held, and must have liability insurance for an amount of not less than 1,500,000.- Euros for the period covering the time of the Regatta.

By entering the Regatta, each participant agrees to the free use of his/her image by the organizers and sponsors of the event (in photographs, films and other productions). Pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Dz.U.
