    Statements

    * I declare that the yacht I will drive in the Regatta has the required equipment, while the qualifications of the crew ensure safe sailing.

    * I declare that I accept the obligations of regulation 4 Part 1 as set forth in the FPR.

    * Participating in the regatta at my own risk, I declare that I have valid liability insurance for persons and yacht. I accept responsibility for the persons entered in the regatta who are in the crew of the yacht I enter.

    * On behalf of myself and the crew, I agree to obey the orders of the Organizer, the decisions of the Regatta Committee and the provisions of the Sailing Instructions.

    Acknowledge the following rules of the regatta organizer:
    The organizer is not responsible and does not accept claims regarding the condition of the yacht and the behavior of the crew during the regatta. The organizer is not responsible for events: Damage to yachts and loss of yachts, accidents, bodily injury and loss of life or health of a regatta participant caused by the leader or crew member of another yacht or regatta participant. Nothing done or not done by the Organizer shall relieve the Regatta participant from liability for any damage caused by the competitor or his yacht resulting from participation in the regatta. By completing the entry form for the XXI Unity Line Peter Waszchenko Regatta, participants, owners and their representatives and their guests give the Organizer the right and consent to photograph and film people and yachts during the event and to publish and broadcast these materials in all media for publishing or advertising purposes.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. The data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. The Administrator processes data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. I have the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority or data portability.     Attention: the reported crew list must agree with the number of crew during the regatta, any change in the number of crew and crewman data must be reported to the regatta organizer.

    Until 01.06.2023 regatta entry fees are 250 zł' per Yacht + 80 zł' each person on the yacht.
    After 02.06.2023 the fees are 350 zł' per yacht + 120 zł' each person on the yacht. (maximum file size 7MB)
